Extremely great service from the entire team at Elite Energies. The service provided has been extremely professional and efficient, and all of the staff have been extremely friendly, from the sales team to the workers who installed our panels/inverter. The entire team were also brilliant at communication and answering any queries I had regarding my install. Would highly recommend!

My experiences with Elite Energies Solar panels. Story: I got the above company to install my Zappi car charger. while installing I enquired about solar panels. i received the information regarding the 16 solar panels for a quoted price of €11,000.00. To cut a long story short, panels were installed, James Gorham the Head of the company visited to inspect installation, I paid in full. James Gorham said they would claim back the grant, it appears this has never happened as i did not receive a new updated BER. Then i got an electricity bill for €400.00 followed by a second for €279.00. I queried this issue with James Gorham. An agreed date was set where he would call or one of his representatives. No one on the given day. I understand there was a family bereavement which is fully acceptable. another arrived and Mr. Gorham arrived to investigate. Low and behold a vital piece of equipment called the "EDDI" was never installed , so information was not being fed to the grid and so my electricity bills remain high. Note: all my close friends who got panels installed were in a deficit with their electricity supplier. i was also told my car could only be charged on a FAST charge= top rate. After 24 phone calls no one would answer my calls.an exchange of texts Mr. Gorham told me they would come and remove all panels and give me a full refund. I asked that this declaration be given in writing on headed paper. This did not happen. No one from Elite Solar Ireland has made contact. I sourced and requested an independent solar panel expert to examine the total instantiation. Results: The EDDI was not programmed to connect to my car charger or to a secondary unit beside by fuse box and so no information was being processed or delivered to the essential units on to the GRID. I have not had any contact from ELIE ENERGIES SOLAR PANELS IRELAND since. my request for compensation for the electric bills when the EDDI was missing was not even responded to. If you are contemplating solar panel and looking at this company think twice. regards Charlie Boyle
